Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn, unused, and unassembled (if applicable)

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that are returned damaged, used, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or may be denied.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at sales@aderfitness.com to request a return authorization.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you can make a new purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
